Approval Overview
After clicking the link in your email your web browser will load up onto the approval portal. From here you can see your artwork which requires approval. By clicking on the “eye” this will load ProofScope our dedicated online approval platform
ProofScope Approval
Once proofscope opens your artwork will display on screen for your approval.
From within here you’re able to zoom in and out in hi-resolution upto 800%.
Add comments, check barcodes, measure distances, check colours and then approve or reject the artwork for approval.
Artwork Rejections
To add notes, simply click on the note icon at the top of the screen then click onto the label. You can also use the rectangle, oval or free hand to draw a box over the part of the artwork you would like to add the note to. Type your note in the box and click save. Thiese will be fed directly back to the artwork studio so they can send out the ammended proof for you.
Keep a Copy
Download your artwork
There is always a need to keep a copy of the artwork for your own records. Whilst this can be requested at any time, you can also download a copy for yourself if you choose. Just click on the 3 little dots in the top right hand corner and select download.
